    Ingredients:

    1 can chickpeas
    1 Lemon
    2 cloves garlic
    4 tbls Tahina (Sesame sauce)
    ¼ tsp cumin
    ¼ tsp salt

    Empty water from can of chickpeas. Put all ingredients in food processor. Mix until it becomes creamy. You can add a little more lemon if it is very thick.

    Place in a plate. Sprinkle some olive oil and red pepper. Garnish with parsley.
