• Zucchini Stew "Kousa Yakhni"


    4 big zucchini
    2 Tbsp margarine
    1 small chopped onion
    Tsp salt
    pinch cinnamon
    2 Tbsp Tomato

    Stew Preparation

    1. Fry chopped onion until soft on low heat.
    2. Add cut zucchini ( small coins one inch thick ) and add cup of water , and mix the crushed bouillon in the stew.
    3. Cover it and put on low heat after 5 min. turn once and leave it until zucchini is almost done.
    4. Add 2 Tbsp of tomato sauce with one cup of water.
    5. At the end let it boil once then turn heat off.
    6. Prepare spaghetti on the side or any kind of rice.
