• Szechwan Shrimps

    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1/2 cup water
    1 tablespoon oil
1 pound peeled and precooked shrimps (you can buy it frozen in a bag). Put it in the fridge beforehand either the night before or early in the morning.
1 pound bag of frozen mixed vegetables
1 pack of Kikkoman Szechwan Shrimp stir-fry seasoning mix

Dissolve mix in 1 tablespoon vinegar and 3/4 cup water. Put oil in large skillet. Stir-fry the frozen vegetables. Then wash the shrimps in cold water, drain and add to skillet with the seasoning mixture. Cook, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens and shrimps and vegetables are coated with sauce. Serve with noodles or rice.

(The recipe is on the Kikkoman pack, but they use uncooked shrimps and fresh vegetables like carrots, onions, green peppers..) The only difference is that it will take a few more minutes to cook). The choice is yours. Let me know if you can't find the Kikkoman in the States. You may try a Chinese store, that's where I buy it here. If not, I can send you a few packs from here.

    Love,
    Jane
